Covergirl NatureLuxe Liquid Silk Foundation vs. Revlon ColorStay Liquid Makeup?

I have oily skin, and I used to use Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Liquid Foundation, but I'm ready to try something new. I want a liquid foundation (powder foundations make me peel) that provides a natural look but enough coverage to hide minor discoloration. I've narrowed it down to these two, but which should I try? I like the Covergirl one because it's natural, but I heard it doesn't stay on. I've heard the Revlon makeup stays on well, but has full/heavy coverage. I want my makeup to look flawless but natural! I'm not willing to spend more than around 13, 14, or 15 dollars.
