Skin problems after stopping BC pills? Really need your help?

I started birth control @age 15 to regulate periods. Now I am 22 and I stopped taking the pills almost a full year ago because I was tired of being pumped up with fake hormones. Well little did I know (nobody warned me when I started BC) that withdrawal from the pills SUCKS. My skin was always my pride and glory, the most flawless even glow ever, and now I have breakouts before every period and some unevenness around my t-zone. It's making me really upset. Will this regulate itself eventually, since it took 6 months even for my periods to return to normal? Or do I need to do something drastic? I have SUPER sensitive skin so I don't trust facialists/ most products.
