Is there a tool on photoshop that can make it look like your makeup isnt as heavy as it is?

if your talking in regards to clumpiness or chalky looking makeup, i would suggest using a gaussian blur (spelling?) not too much though because that makes it look obvious. When used properly artistic blurs can make skin look flawless and airbrushed. hope i helped :)
