Big makeup question..?

hi guys =) sooo its my 21st this weekend and im having a party (im a girl btw) =P im looking for some great (cheap) makeup products that are good and make your makeup look """"flawless"""".. same with my eye makeup i weir eye shadow and eyeliner mostly (im not a goth) nothing against goths or anything im just saying im not =) ok im digging myself a hole here so moving on ahahah =P but anyway if anyone knows any really good foundations or eye makeup and how to put it on i would bee so grateful guys. thanks so much.. =) i have blue eyes if that helps :) xx
