Is intellect just a nervous perversion of the sexual drive, like Freud said?

Most people probably don't really understand that he said this, but if you know about Freud and think about it, it is exactly what he said. He boils it down, and that is the conclusion he draws. Do you agree or if not why not, philosophically or religiously?
