Need help having flawless skin?

Okay so I have been using The Complete Acne Therapy System by Neutrogena and I've had it for 3 or 4 weeks. It says that it would clear breakouts and prevent future ones. But it didn't. I'm still breaking out and it's driving me crazy! Is there any product that is affordable and can treat acne fast and prevent future breakouts? Please help me!
