Need to get flawless skin by Sunday - help!?

Ok first of all, all my makeup bottles ran empty, and I don't have time to go to the store and buy it. I have already tried remedies and they seem to be working but do you know any way to make your own foundation or concealer at home? Any way to close pores and get an even skin tone? And any way to conceal dark circles or reduce them? Thanks - any answer to these questions - even 1 - would be great!
