What do actresses do on their skin that it looks flawless?

Bollywood actresses like bipasha basu, kajol..what exactly they do that they look so fair but in reality they are so dark. Apart from make up, I want to know wat else they do to look fair. Thankyou verymuch for your time, Plz reply.
