Whats The Best Way To Apply The L'oreal Magic Smooth Souffle?

I want to create a nice flawless finish with this foundation. I don't know if applying it with my fingers is the best or using a brush. I saw someone apply it with a sigma f80 brush but im not sure what way to go. HELP!
